Terms & Conditions

1. Individual entry and confirmation. The fee is $30 per player. Each player registers, pays and signs separately. Submission is a request; your place, group and pairing are confirmed only by the organizer after availability review and payment verification. Official payment instructions and a deadline will be sent after review.
2. Groups and partners. Select your level honestly. Requested partners must register separately, request each other and select the same group. Solo players are randomly matched within their chosen group, subject to availability. Group changes and replacement partners require your agreement before confirmation.
3. Included with entry. Match shuttles and lunch are provided. Winners and runners-up receive trophies; other players receive a participation medal or memento. Bring your own racket and suitable court shoes. Food requests are not a guarantee; check the menu with the organizer if needed.
4. Match procedures and conduct. Scoring, check-in time and match procedures will be shared before confirmation. Follow court instructions and respectful play standards. Unsafe or abusive behavior may result in removal. Late arrival may cause a forfeit under the published match procedures. Transfers need organizer approval.
