By participating in this Pickleball event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I understand that playing pickleball, like any sport, involves inherent risks of injury. I acknowledge that the event organizers, sponsors, and facility owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event, whether caused by my actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the playing facilities.

2. Health and Fitness:
   I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any physical activity if I have any medical concerns or conditions that could impact my participation.

3. Event Modifications and Cancellations:
   The event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in case of adverse weather conditions, low participant turnout, or any other circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, any fees paid may be refunded at the organizer's discretion.

4. Photography and Video:
   By participating in the event, I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event for promotional purposes. I understand that these materials may be used in future marketing or media materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed publications.

5. Code of Conduct:
   I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during the event. Any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or unsportsmanlike may result in my removal from the event without refund.

6. Liability Waiver:
   I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, and facility owners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of my participation in the event.
